He was born in Ioannina of Thesprotia in 1988. He finished
secondary education at the Gymnasium and Lyceum of Igoumenitsa, from
where he graduated with honors.
He studied at the Law School of Macerata, Italy, from the university
"UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI DI MACERATA" from which he graduated in
2014.
During his student years he was an elected representative of the students
at the Faculty of Law and a member of the student faction "BING BANG".
His practice as a trainee lawyer began and was completed at the
Lawyers' Association of Thesprotia, where he received his license to practice
profession as a lawyer.
He is a member of the Board of the Panhellenic Association of Criminalologists and of the
Prefectural Committee of Thesprotia of PASOK.
