Um diesen Bedarf zu decken, hat der griechische Staat ein Verfahren zur Anwerbung von Arbeitnehmern aus Drittl\u00e4ndern eingef\u00fchrt, das es Arbeitgebern erm\u00f6glicht, ausl\u00e4ndische Arbeitnehmer legal anzuwerben. Dieses Verfahren wird jedes Jahr durch einen offiziellen Erlass geregelt, in dem die H\u00f6chstzahl der zul\u00e4ssigen Anwerbungen festgelegt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u03c4\u03b9-\u03b5\u03af\u03bd\u03b1\u03b9-\u03b7-\u03bc\u03b5\u03c4\u03ac\u03ba\u03bb\u03b7\u03c3\u03b7-\u03b5\u03c1\u03b3\u03b1\u03b6\u03bf\u03bc\u03ad\u03bd\u03c9\u03bd-\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9-\u03b3\u03b9\u03b1\u03c4\u03af-\u03b5\u03af\u03bd\u03b1\u03b9-\u03c3\u03b7\u03bc\u03b1\u03bd\u03c4\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae\"><strong>Was ist eine Mitarbeitereinladung und warum ist sie wichtig?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Anwerbung ist der Prozess, durch den Arbeitgeber in Griechenland Drittstaatsangeh\u00f6rige einstellen k\u00f6nnen, um freie Stellen zu besetzen. Ziel ist es, die Lebensf\u00e4higkeit und das Wachstum von Unternehmen zu erhalten, insbesondere in Sektoren, in denen ein Mangel an einheimischen Arbeitskr\u00e4ften herrscht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Jahr 2025 ist nach Angaben der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nomotelia.gr\/photos\/File\/210a-24.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FEK 10203\/30.12.2024<\/a>wurde eine H\u00f6chstzahl von 89.290 Stellen f\u00fcr Drittstaatsangeh\u00f6rige festgelegt.
