In dem Ma\u00dfe, in dem sich die irregul\u00e4ren Transfers von Fl\u00fcchtlingen und Migranten verst\u00e4rken, kollidieren und koexistieren das Bed\u00fcrfnis nach Sicherheit und der Schutz der Menschenrechte.<\/p><p>Je mehr sich dieses Ph\u00e4nomen ausbreitet, desto differenzierter wird das Strafrecht. In dem Bem\u00fchen, die Menschenrechte besser zu sch\u00fctzen, bem\u00fchen sich die Anwaltskammern in Gebieten wie Igoumenitsa, Ioannina und Korfu, aber auch im \u00fcbrigen Griechenland, um die Schaffung eines besseren Rechtsrahmens.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Die Rolle der europ\u00e4ischen Gesetzgebung bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung des Transfers von irregul\u00e4ren Migranten<\/h2><p>Die europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4nder haben Rechtsvorschriften erlassen, die schwere Strafen f\u00fcr illegale Transporteure vorsehen. Die Rolle der europ\u00e4ischen Gesetzgebung ist entscheidend, um gerechte Strafen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und den illegalen Transport von Migranten zu bek\u00e4mpfen.<\/p><p>In Gebieten wie Korfu, Igoumenitsa und Ioannina reichen die Strafen f\u00fcr den illegalen Transport von Migranten von einem Jahr Gef\u00e4ngnis bis zu lebenslanger Haft, je nach Fall.
